Refund policy
LicenceReady is a digital product with instant access and free updates for 12 months from purchase through the members site. There is no money-back guarantee, and we don't guarantee any result, such as getting a licence or a particular licence term.
We give refunds only in these cases:
- A file or the members area is broken, won't open, or you didn't get access
- A duplicate purchase (you paid for the kit more than once)
- A payment error, such as being charged the wrong amount
If a file or your access has a problem, we'll offer to fix it or resend it first. If you'd still rather have a refund, you can ask for one.
Changing your mind, not using the kit, finding you aren't eligible (for example, on a tourist visa), or an office refusing your application is not covered. The sales page says who the kit is for before you buy.
How to ask
Email support@ebuyz.co.uk from the address you used to buy, with your order number and the problem. Once we've checked that it's one of the cases above, we refund through the payment method you used.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
