What we collect when you buy
- Your email address, to send sign-in links, your receipt and update emails about the kit.
- The name you give at checkout, to address your receipt.
- Order details (amount, payment method, order number) and the payment status from Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe may send us the last 4 digits or type of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Sign-in records: when sign-in links are requested and used, so we can keep your account secure.
- Campaign tags in links (such as utm_source). These are saved only with an order, never on their own.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment provider, to take your payment. Stripe receives the payment details you enter, your email and the amount, and handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider, an email delivery service we will name here before launch, to deliver sign-in links, receipts and update emails.
Cookies
The only cookie we set is a session cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in to the members area. We don't use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any tracking, and we don't sell your data.
Emails
We use your email for sign-in links, your receipt and update emails about the kit you bought. Each update email has a link to stop them. We won't send you marketing emails unless you agree to them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop emails, at any time by writing to support@ebuyz.co.uk. We keep order records only as long as we need to provide the kit and support, and as the law requires.
